About the virtual internship
Our Virtual Internship, created in partnership with Forage, is a flexible, self-paced programme designed to help you explore life at HSF Kramer, wherever you are.
You'll complete a series of interactive modules that simulate real legal work across key practice areas. It's a great way to build your legal skills, boost your commercial awareness, and gain insight into the kind of work you might take on as a trainee associate.
We recommend setting aside 7 - 9 hours per module to get the most out of the experience.

International mergers
Step into the shoes of our corporate team and gain experience on what it takes to work on a real-world project for our corproate team. You'll develop skills in legal drafting, critical thinking, attention to detail, commercial awareness, research and presentation.
Global litigation
Our global disputes team work across a range of sectors to provide business-critical advice to our clients. In this module, you’ll develop cutting-edge commercial insight as you learn about the individual steps involved in dispute resolution. By completion, you’ll have put your skills to the test in a mock business development challenge.
Emerging technology
Financial services regulatory
In the financial services regulatory module, you’ll grapple with the technical problems we face daily. What should you do when notifying regulators? How can you prepare a client for regulatory interventions? How can lawyers and clients work together to commercially approach a market? By the completion of the course, you’ll have a thorough understanding of this complex area.
Solicitor Apprentice job simulation
During this programme, you will have the opportunity to step into the shoes of a HSF Kramer team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that a solicitor apprentice does every day. You’ll learn key skills in legal research, critical analysis, legal writing, and professional communication.
